Fraser Fyfield is a force to be reckoned with. Not only has he recorded this album, produced, engineered and mixed it, but he also composed all the pieces and plays most of the instruments! A gentle slide into world music via the Celtic traditions gives this album an edge of interest over many others. A lament, a jig, a reel, all bear their distinctive markings, but gently transmogrified into quite a new creature. Fraser plays whistles, sax, pipes, keyboards, guitar and various percussion.
